Sus 7 villas independientes gozan de vistas al volcán, a las islas de Thirasía, Aspronisi y Acrotiri, y a la puesta de sol más célebre del mundo. Cada villa sigue su propia temática, debe su nombre a una diosa griega e incorpora 3 dormitorios, balcón y porche privados con vistas impresionantes y bañera de hidromasaje y piscina privada con hidromasaje, cromoterapia y aromaterapia.

El Thermes es de estilo arquitectónico minimalista, con elementos abovedados, baños de diseño y piscinas impecables en sintonía con el paisaje blanco y azul propio del Egeo.

En la parte oriental del Thermes, es posible visitar Megalochórion, la localidad tradicional de Pyrgos, las aguas termales o Profitis Ilias, la zona más elevada de Santorini.
